Ciara reminds me so much of Aaliyah that its not even funny. Her dances and her style reminds me of Aaliyah. Does anyone else feel this way?

Yes i feel the same way cause I'm a big Aaliyah fan and i got to say Ciara remind me of her to much. The dance moves, the hair, the body shape, and the slight tom-boy image is all Aaliyah. Many people say she is biting her style and i kinda feel that way to. Look at her "Promise"video and look at her new video "Like a boy" and tell me if you see Aaliyah. Even though i like Ciara she is a very talented person, but the similarities are there. And no matter what she do its still gonna be there. But I'm not trying to play Ciara but she do act like Aaliyah.

Unless Ciara was born after Aaliyah died, she can't be the reincarnation of Aaliyah. I don't know much about Ciara but I do know Aaliyah died in 2001. I'm going to assume that Ciara is older than five!

Aaliyah is probably Ciara's role model. She probably wants to be like her so she incorporated some of her style and dance moves into her own singing and dancing. Ciara is too old to be Aaliyah's reincarnation though :-P

Their careers may be on the same track but no, I don't think Ciara is a reincarnation of Aaliyah. They migh just have the same dance trainers and managers and stuff.

tell me why I was thinking the same thing this morning! She took all her dance moves, style, evrything. Its pathetic. She needs to get some original potential. Y9ou know what? I need to stop dissin her. She's one of my best friends. But Im about to call her and talk to her about this.
