How can I get my Comcast DVR recordings back?

When I play any previously recorded show, all I get is a black screen. I can play live tv.

call comcast and ask them to replace your dvr- most likely one of your tuner is not working.
did you try to record 2 TV shows at the same time?
try it and see if both were not reordered or only one
