area circle - (pi)r^2
area triangle - 1/2(bh)
circumference of circle - pi(d)
KEY
pi = 3.14159.... etc. etc.
r = radius (1/2 d)
d = diameter
b = base
h = height
and the ^ means an exponent.

Area of circe= pi x radius squared
Area of triangle= 1/2 x base x hieght
Circumference of circle= 2 x pi x radius
Examples: Area of circle, if the radius is 2 than the area would be 4 x pi because 2 squared is 4
Area of triangle, if the hieght is 3 and the base is 4, than 1/2 times 4 times 3= 6
Circumference of a circle, if the radius is 2 than the circumference is 2 times pi times 2= 4 x pi

To find the area of a circle, the formula is area=pi times the radius of the circle squared, or A=pi times r squared. The formula for the circumference of a circle is circumference=pi times the diameter of the circle, or C=pi times d. The area of a triangle is area=1/2 times the base of the triangle times the height of the triangle, or A=1/2bh.

the area of a triangle= 1/2hxb
that means the height of the triangle times the base or the length divided by two.
the area of a circle= (R)(R)TT
that means the radius squared, or times itself, time pie, which is 3.14. The radius is half of a diameter. The diameter is the distance between one side of the circle to the other.
the circumference= (D)(TT).
That means you must multiply the diameter, the distance between one side of the circle to the other, time pie, which is 3.14. That is how you get pie. I hope this helps you.

Area of a circle is TT R squared .... 3.14 X the radius(squared).
Area of a triangle is BH/2 .... base X height divided by 2.
Circumference of a circle is 2 TT R ... 2 X 3.14 X radius.
I hope this helps! Good luck!
