IN that price range, there isn't much choice. the 6600GT is probably the closest. 7600GS if you're really lucky.

You cant for that amount of money, even a used one in that price range will not play the latest games at a playable speed, thats akin to wanting a Pinto to win the Daytona 500, not gunna happen, sorry! (no offense to pinto owners, lol)

Sure you can

GIGABYTE GV-NX73T256P-RH GEFORCE 7300GT 256MB 128bit PCI EXPRESS DDR2 w/ DVI & HDTV
$85 if you have a PCI E Ready Motherboard

Or

ATI RADEON 9600 PRO 256MB AGP 8X DDR W/TV & DVI (OEM - POWERED BY ATI)
$69.00

Both at www.mwave.com

$60-$70, and you'll have yourself an overclocked nVidia GeForce FX6600 256MB AGP 8x card that will run about any game you throw at it from www.zipzoomfly.com and has FREE shipping. Enjoy!
