This is a better option than absorbing all of Mexico's ambitious people, those sick and tired of a government that is not responsive to them.

We could redirect the profits from their rich government-owned oil production to educate and empower their citizens instead of having it siphoned off by corrupt government officials.

They shouldn't be a part of us. They are already a country that is corrupt within itself which is why illegals are flooding here. To corrupt this country just as they have their own. Send them back, keep them and their drugs out of this country. Like I said before if they don't fight to keep and be a part of their own country, and demand better jobs and pay within their own country, then why should they be allowed here to tear this country up and apart. Law breakers are law breakers and I'd like to do away with them all. Legal or illegal. Citizen of the States or not.

California, Texas and other US states were part of Mexico. Thus, the Mexicans had the choice if the territories remaining with their country can become all part of the US.

yes it should be it would be to our advantage if it was then the jobs that went to Mexico would still be in America, we would have a ready supply of troops to send to Iraq and we would have money coming into the country instead of going out of the country and also the large corporations would have to come up with a new plan for illegal immigration perhaps say import them from the Philippines
