Try ebay or swatch shops itself. I wanted to buy at that time but could not afford it with my meager wage. I bought instead a pin. It would have been a good collectors item.

from a distant memory, i think swatch designs is no longer manufactured after 6 mos or probably a year after release. so you won't be able to get a brand new one. advertise online or print if someone is interested to sell his/her swatch

You mean 1998? I'm not sure if you would be able to buy brand new ones, maybe just pre-owned. As to who would like to sell their watches, I have no idea. I'm sorry. :(
