i just cant figure it out

while you're grabbing your board, throw out the nose or tail of your board out from the center of your body. you can also try to arch your back and pull your legs a bit toward your back on backside grabs. it might feel a little weird at first and you feel like you might not be able to land the jump. keep trying and eventually you'll be able to extend more and more. good luck dude
