I am having problem with my router which is connected to a cable modem.
I could not connect to certain site due to time out..However, If I connect my PC to the cable modem, I was able to connect to it.
I tried to reset the router and modem but still could not figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

you need to flash your router with some 3rd party firmware and get rid of that stock linksys crap. i recommend the latest thibor release or dd-wrt. whatever you like. 1000% uptime. stock linksys firmware has issues connecting when too many connections are being made the problem is that it tries to remember them all and eventually it crashes. and linksys is not fixing it. i flashed my router and havent been happier. it turned my 60 doller linksys wrt54gl to a 600 dollar router.

Try reconfiguring the router by putting the CD it came with and following the on-screen wizard; that's worked for me a few times.
