smarttech.com is the offical site. Smart boards are a bit expensive, but trust me they are totally worth it. My scholl has a smart board in nearly every classroom, it's so amazing what you can do, compared to a regular white board.

There are also companies who underwrite technology grants. State Farm Insurance has done some for our schools in the past. I am not sure if they still do this or not.
