please give a different words for this sentence without using a Be verb........i wanna get rid of the be verbs..

it is a fact that the longer one puts off attending college right after high school, the less they are to ever attend.

The be verbs are am, is, are, was, were, be, being, been.

So you could phrase it...

Facts show someone putting off college right after high school decreases the chance they will ever attend.
