Look for foods that are hydrogenated, generally hydrogenated oils, foods, etc... are bad; generally.

Hormones being pumped into livestock and produce to make them grow faster and bigger have had effects on our bodies when those hormones transfer through our eating of the products and in turn make us bigger or have caused early puberty for females.

As far as genetically engineered foods being bad, that is not a completeley true statement. The ability to regenerate wheats, corns, etc... are extremely helpful to our world's hunger problem. Although, some extremely poor nations have actually turned down genetically altered foods. That's smart, let your people starve because your ignorant towards the processes.

It is more expensive for the farmers because they have to buy seed every year as the foods dont produce their own seed

Sorry but GM foods are no worse for you than non GM foods.

The only problem comes with GM plants, and that is that they may pollinate non GM plants and no one will know which are which
