MY Sim got sucked into a telescope, What happened?, And how do I get her back?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Sucked into the Telescope" as that is not a feature of the game, but if your sim was using the telescope at night, it is likely that she was abducted by aliens.
If that is the case, she will be returned shortly.

Here are a few Sims 2 facts to clear things up:
1) Adult MALE sims always return from alien abductions pregnant. All other sims return the same as when they left (though unless they are knowledge sims, they might think about the abduction and cry from time to time).
2) Alien abductions only occur when sims are using the more expensive telescope. If you want to eliminate the chance of abduction, it is okay to let them stargaze at night with the cheaper telescope.
Another interesting tidbit: I once had a university sim get abducted while at college. When he eventually moved into the neighborhood as an adult, he had an alien pregnancy!
By the way, according to the Prima guide, there is only a 5% chance that a sim will get abducted, using the telescope between 7pm and 2 am.
Experimenting with "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true," I learned that if you shift click on the telescope you can force an abduction (and a pregnancy, if it is a male).
So your sim will return just fine. Don't worry about how her motives are rapidly increasing and decreasing. She'll be fine, though perhaps upset about the whole thing.

She will eventually return, but don't get surprised if she's pregnant. If she is, which is not uncommon, she will give birth to an Alien. Alien Abduction is rare, but it's not something to panic. The only problem is that when she returns, she will be traumatized for some time. Let her sleep and don't give her any more stress.

she got abducted by aliens, thats why i dont buy telescopes, thats the risk

she wont come back w? green skin! she will get petgnant and eventually have an alien baby tho.

Wow, I've never had that problem.
I guess your Sim was abducted by aliens, I could only image that she will eventually be given back, but maybe with green skin.
