buick regal t-type?

I HAVE A 78 BUICK REGAL I AM PUTTING A 455 MOTER WITH A TURBO 400 TRANSMISSION IN IT OUT OF A LATE 70'S MODEL HOW MUCH MORE POWER OFF THE LINE WILL IT HAVE THAN A SMALL BLOCK 350 AND WILL HAVE TOO CHANGE MY REAR END IT HAS THE STANDARD 10 BOLT I THINK BUT I ALSO HAVE A 600 ELEDRBROCK CARB INTAKE NOT ON YET WILL I HAVE TO TEAR INTO MY BLOCK 2 IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE

this all depend,s on how much power you want.........every thing is relevant.........more power= more money........but all considered you should see marginal performance improvement,s......over a stock small block 350.........if it were a true "T" type......this would be a 3800 v6 turbo charged screamer........it will be hard matching that kind of performance........good luck!
