The pain extends from my right shoulder down to my elbow. I went bowling recently which may be the cause of the pain. It hurts when I bend it. What's wrong with me?

you are more than likely correct if you bowled a lot and not used to doing it you probably just over used your muscles you are not used to using. take some ibuprofen if you are not alergic to it that will help reduce the swelling and inflimation in your muscles. good luck and if that does not help seek the advise of a dr.

Go on the net and check out rotator cuff. It could be that you have rupture it. If it is you need to get it check out asap. I waited until I could not lift my arm and had to do the surgery. It is the most painful thing I have ever had. That was 2 months ago and the doc told be yesterday it would be 4 more months before I could go back to work. If you take care of it soon enough you may be able to get by with just therapy. The surgery is not bad but the pain after and while healing is awful. good luck
