I try to appreciate the things done for me and forget the things not done for me. Life gets too messy if all someone does is whine about the lesser things.

I always remember the things that are done for me. Those are the things that count. Not that I am high maintenance, quite the opposite, but I try real hard to appreciate the smallest things people do because then it makes everyone feel happy.

I try just to remember the things that are done in a positive sense. and forget the bad.
As much as I try not to remember the things that aren't done they do tend to plague me at times and I just wounder why not, especially when someone I've been good to isn't good to me.

I remember the things done for me. The little ones seem to have more impact.

I remember the things done for me. But...I am not perfect, I don't like for someone to tell me that they will do something, then not show, or call.

I remember both. I remember how I never heard the words "I love you" from my mother and I also remember never hearing any encouragement from her either. I do remember how much my husband has done for me and said to me. Same with my in-laws. They constantly encourage me to try to achieve my dreams. I also know that I owe a great debt of gratitude to them.

I'm so appreciative of things(very few) that are done fore me I don't worry about the ones that aren't done. Why waste the energy?

I have an iron clad memory. I always tell a person who is being considerate...."Kindness never goes unnoticed."
As for the things that are not done...I am working on the fact that I need to lower my expectations of others and give people a little breathing room.

The things that are done. I believe it is better to reward the accomplishments.

If it wasn't done, sometimes maybe it wasn't supposed to be done, lol.
I get all mushy over the smallest things my hubby does for me. To me, he hung the moon.
