LSD Limbaugh claimed it was a politically timed announcement. No one said this of Snow.

I hate that Mrs. Edwards has cancer. I hope the best for her. But I also hate how John milks it to recieve sympathy for his campaign. I want to run for Senate one day. If my wife found out she had cancer, I would discontinue the campaign and be with her. John isnt doing that. And what he is doing spells out the type of perosn he is.

PS about the left sending out their prayers, it is nice to know there is still a religious left. Most of the left-wing, and many of the right-wing, politicians feel that morals and integrity have no place in politics, which is sad, because it is screwing our nation.

Sources? I didn't hear much of the right criticizing the Edwards cancer. I do hear a lot of liberals wishing the Dick Cheney would die of a heart attack though.

I did hear Barbara Simpson, a conservative radio host, say that she thinks it would be wise for Edwards to drop out and spend his last days with his wife and family before it is too late. Quite frankly, from my personal experiences, that isn't too bad of an idea. My biggest regret in my life came when I friend came down with cancer for 6 months then died, and I was too busy working to spend any time with her. I can't imagine how John would do if his wife died or became so weak during that campaign that after it was all over, there was nothing left.

There are bad apples on the right and the left. Most conservatives do not wish evil upon Mrs. Edwards, just as most liberals do not burn effigies of American soldiers.

Because the Cons are Hypocrites.

They have also never said anything about the fact the Vice President is on deaths door. The man has had 3 heart attacks, has a pacemaker and now has blood clots.

But god forbid a Democrat's wife gets sick. Then they insinuate he wouldn't be able to perform the job.

People are wondering how in the world someone can be away from their spouse most of the time while she is fighting the fight of her life.

Snow is not running for president. His wife lives with him. They go to bed together. He can make it to her appointments and be there when she gets sick or frustrated. Edwards can't. Not only can he not be there for her but she is also expected as the possible future first lady to make several public appearance. Ultimately this is their decision, but it is fair to wonder how in the world someone can step away from their spouse at a time like this. This is not a small cancer. This is reoccuring bone cancer. It isnt very good odds.
