it could be just that your muscles are stretching more then they ever have before to accommodate the growing baby, unless you notice any discharge or severe pain with them then there is nothing abnormal about them. Congrats on your pregnancy, pretty soon you will be far enough along to find out if it is a boy or a girl!

One possibility could be that your ligaments and uterus are stretching. I'm 22 weeks and I still get a little cramp feeling from time to time. I asked my ob yesterday if everything was ok and she said I was fine. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If the cramps become intense then I would go to the ER just to be sure that everything is ok.

When i was 3 months pregnant i too had abdominal cramps, at times they were pretty painful. I called my doctor and she told me to rest alot and take it easy. She also told me to put a heating pad on low heat on my stomach or even a warm bath. when you go see your doctor he will check you, let him know you took a warm bath and tell him or her about the cramps he or she will make sure that everything is fine. EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE!! MY BABY IS STILL HERE AND VERY HEALTHY!! GOOD LUCK AND GET REST

very normal..as long as it is not accompained by bleeding..it is just your uterus stretching as you are getting farther along..good luck and congrats..
