The Q-Fan function automatically detects temperature and adjusts fan speed accordingly to achieve quiet and efficient cooling. Looking for a case (ie fans) that support this.

Almost any case on the market that is ATX form factor compliant. Now, if you want efficient cooling, more fans is usually better, however, the amount of noise a case makes is proportional to the fans. Q-fan is a function totally up to the motherboard, so you need a case that has 3 pin headers, fans that have a speed sensor, and are controllable, cheaper cases have 4 pin Molex connectors, but only use 2 wires, 12v+ and GND. 3 pin headers attach directly to the mainboard. If you cant find a case with fans like that built in, look into buying the fans separately, in all honesty, it wouldnt cost that much more, and this is a good option especially if none of the cases that do have 3 pin fans look good. (who wants a ugly case?) not me!

Just find a case that is a mini atx, full, or mid size and matches the size of your motherboard, most boards have sizes on the packages they come in. Mini-ATX and Mid's are the most popular, not many full towers anymore except in large model servers.
