Consider what happened at The Boeing Corporation a few years ago... scandals caused by affairs and sexual harassment. It cost the CEO his job, and others involved lost their jobs as well. The new CEO is determined to run a company with high moral values, and it appears to be helping the bottom-line as well. People want to do business with those they can trust; an inappropriate standards or poor values can make a company look shady and untrustworthy. If you want to stay in business, you must have integrity... the lack of it could mean the end of the organization, as such was the case with Enron and Arthur Anderson.
