Can you remember that song from four or five years ago, "More to Life" by Stacy Orrico? This song sums me up perfectly, an ongoing feeling. I'm not depressed or anything but I can't help but feel my life is ... in a sense ridiculous... and that there has to be more to life. Can anybody help more quit feeling like this... do something about the feeling... or at least tell me how I can overcome this state???

Good question. It's my opinion that there is a ton of stuff to life that we never get around to discovering. We limit ourselves from what life has to offer. We use excuses to create these limits. Go out and try something new that you never thought you'd be interested in. I felt like you do once and I thought I'd experienced all there was for me and that all I'd left to do was curl up with a cat and the radio. But you know, I did something completely out of character for me.

I bought a mountain bike. And all of a sudden I became this completely different person almost. And I'm old! And I became like this tough crazy chic on a bike. And I started meeting different people and got all into weight lifting and then I started taking this self defense class where I met a bunch of other people that were into the same things and it just goes on and on.

Do something crazy, that's healthy, not bad stuff. Do something active that will get your body moving and your endorphins pumping. It'll make you feel so much better and it'll make you feel like there is too much to do that you'll never get it done in one short life. Just get out there. Find your action, you know? Life ain't going to change for you and you ain't going to change the way you feel about life until you change the way you live.

Mind, body, spirit - you know?

Think about life like this. You're being judged by God who is going to lead you to heaven or hell based on what you do with his gift, free will. If you do bad things with that privllege he can't take you into heaven. So life is your school and when you graduate (die) then you'll be judged by your grades (sins and good deeds)
