How often do you water it? Fertilize it? Why are my palm leaves turning a faint green/yellowish color instead a bright green color? Any help would work!!

I hope that it is not succumbing to LY (lethal yellowing) that frequently affects palms. Check this link to rule that out: http://www.floridaplants.com/horticulture/ly.htm

If it is not LY, then it could just be hungry. Malayan Dwarf Coconuts like a little more fertilizer than other palms. And you probably need to check for aphids. That can cause yellowing....

"Spraying with Neutral Copper Fungicide is a must and plants will not do well without it. 7-2-7 Palm Granular Fertilizer is essential 4 times per year." (http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/catalog.asp?prodid=4768135&showprevnext=1)

I hope one of those things works for you.
Happy Gardening!
