A red blood cell (RBC) would enter the heart through the right atrium, then pass through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle, then pass through the pulmonary semilunar valve into the pulmonary arteries. Then on to the pulmonary arterioles and into the pulmonary capillary system. From there into the pulmonary venules and then pulmonary veins to re-enter the heart's left atrium, pass through the bicuspid valve (also called the mitral valve) into the left ventricle then out the heart through the aortic semilunar valve. In case you don't know, pulmonary refers to the lungs.

This site helped me learn all the different parts for a test I had in anatomy: http://www.gwc.maricopa.edu/class/bio202/cyberheart/hartint0.htm

The order of circulation is inferior + superior vena cava -> right atrium -> tricuspid valve -> right ventricle -> pulmonary semilunar valve -> pulmonary arteries -> lungs -> pulmonary veins -> left atrium -> bicuspid (aka mitral) valve -> right ventricle -> aortic semilunar valve -> aorta -> body -> inferior + superior vena cava...

I hope this is what you were looking for!
