i am going to high school next year and am really nervous? someone please help me out here- how will i survive or watever

I started this year...AND I LOVE IT!!! It is so much fun. Don't be afraid of the upperclassmen because i was, but i found out like the first day that they are nothing like they are made out to be on TV. if you play an instrument you should go out for Marching band, and that is one of the best ways to get some upperclassmen friends, and meet plenty of cool, new people! Just remember to have fun, and not to worry! Its a billion times better than middle school. You'll like it. Join a club or two, and you'll have tons of new friends. And before you know you you'll actually be laughing at yourself for ever being scared!! (At least me and my friends are.) :] I think everyone is a little nervous their first year of high school. (Even though they wont always admit it. ;] ) lol
