i have a 3 inch and it hasnt grown since 5th grade and im its been 3 years and my right testicle is 3 times the size of my left and has a little lump on the side

You are spending way too much time alone with yourself. At your age it is natural to be curious. Also since you have male anatomy, I suppose it will be natural to compare for the rest of your life.
In the meantime, just know that one testicle is going to always be a bit larger than the other. A flaccid penis is never as large as an erect one and you are fine.
Now go use that ruler on your math homework. Stop worrying!

I think size does matter. Maybe not to your woman but if you are asking the question then it matters to you. There are a lot of options out there that can help. I am only familiar with Extagen. I posted a link.

get yourself to the doctors if you have concerns.they will give you some helpful advice on what to do..if you leave the issue for to long you could face serious problems in the future.....good luck!!!!
