I heard stuff of pink paper helps you remember better is that true or not?

I think the reason that might work would be because it's unusual. most of what people read is on white paper, so if you read 100 pages on white paper then you read 1 page on pink paper your brain realises it's unique and when recalling the information the strange paper color will help trigger that memory.
If you always read on pink paper then suddenly read something on white I think you'd remember the white paper better.
Assosiation is a great way to remember things It's easier to remember something if you have a symbol or image associated with it.

When I was teaching reading about 1990 , they found that some children if they laid a light blue or light yellow etc. plastic sheet over the page to be read, it significantly increased their reading ability. Each is different, but I sure would like to see this pursued as one of my students really struggled until he found his color. Now he is a college grad.
