Im trying out 4 CHEER this friday, and i MIGHT make it but not sure, im reeeaalllyyyy nervous though. Please tell me how 2 cope with it.

take a walk in a park
read a book
go for a drive
go to the mall
get your hair done
try not to think about it

take a few deep breathes and just go for it.i sing on a stage and get nervous all the time,icope by pretending its only me in the room.and believe me it works.if you are good at cheering , just show them what they'd be missing out on if they dont pick you.

Do your best...try to relax...and realize whether you make it or not you put forth the effort (which is more than many people do)...

If you don't make it, you're no worse off than you are now...but if you do make it then you'll have that sense of accomplishment...

Breathe in ,breathe out. Calm done and just chill you do great i promise you that but if you are not calm it wont be sooo gr8
