The numbers themselves are an indication of the weakest link in your PC's hardware so far as achieving better Vista performance.
In your case (as is most PCs) Windows is saying that the wisest performance upgrade would be the Graphics Adapter.

Not sure why it changed to 2.2 from 2.3 but your main score will be the same as the lowest from that list. In your case the graphics because you probaly have integrated. The higher the better, really depends on what you do with your system though. Not really bad that it lowered, maybe you updated the drivers which lowered it a bit.

Your Graphics is doing the worst, but it looks like you have a pretty good Processor.

Hi vista will always take your lowest score and uses that as your rating in your case it is your graphics card that gives u a 2.2 overall rating

They mean what they say they mean.
The only one that has benefits is graphics. If you have a sub-score of 3 in graphics, you can run all of Vista's utilities. 2 is enough to use Windows Aero.

It is how good computer disk is. Processor works fast even if you have lots of windows open. Memory lots of it not sure what the call it now but imangine 4,200 GB. Gaming Graphics not bad used for games.Hard disk beats me.

theres no way to tell without knowing what the numbers are from .... all i can tell u is an xp computer will smoke a vista computer in any benchmark ...
