this is for the narrow minded, there are no stupid questions, only stupid people.
this question was asked for discussion, not insults

to clear up some issues with this question:
after 9/11, people are not secure, we are watched, our email, mail, and private conversations on the phone are possibly checked by our government, freedom of speech is under attack, and there are people being held without due process.
during the drug war, the Rico Act was made to get huge drug dealers, then was used to prosecute the smaller guy and take personal property without due process, zero tolerance was used to take any property, again without due process. miranda rights of people accused of crimes has been under attack on several levels thus giving police more control of confessions gained by misleading suspects, the list goes on.
the law against pot was really a tax issue, if you wished to get a tax stamp for it, you needed to apply at the tax collector, but the government did not print any, so gaining a stamp was impossible, another end around the rights, so with this in mind,(please look any of this up)
consider what is asked.

Civil rights can not be given to one individual while not granted or taken away from the other. Definition of the civil rights - the nonpolitical rights of a citizen. It is also - the rights of personal liberty guaranteed to United States citizens by the 13th and 14th amendments to the Constitution and by acts of Congress. It is unconstitutional to take civil rights away from any individual, unless this individual imposes threat to USA and its citizens. I am not considering corporations or illegal immigrants to be individuals, qualified as a citizen. They have other types of rights, Corporations have right to fire and hire anyone they want, unless they violate employment state law and equal opportunity; and illegal immigrants have rights to go home.

One question I would ask is why do illegal mexican drug runners have more civil rights that border patrol agents trying to protect out border. It seems that every rat-bastard criminal has more civil rights than all law-abiding citizens combined.

I'm a 14 year old kid. Having just all my rights would be nice. Anyone who doesn't know, children going to school and living under there parents roof don't have many rights. We have all (hopefully) heard of the "BONG HiTS FOR JESUS" incident.
