I'm an introvert and I'm not very social I need help on ways to strike up conversations with my new co-workers. I would really like to talk to them but my shyness is holding me back and I don't want them to think I'm snobby! Help!

hmm.. To tell you the truth. Friends u probably will never make at your job.Everyone just talks about everyone. Associates ? Yes u will meet them,
Let me tell you how. At your lunch break,(if given one) start asking questions, like how long they been there, age? kids? so on so on. That will get you started on a conversation. Good Luck sweetie!

everyone wants to talk about themselves - so that is the easiest way - for women, just ask where did you buy your shoes, or get your hair done - and they'll take off on you (and think you're such a fashion maven for noticing). For guys, ask for help or offer help - don't chit chat with them, it doesn't work.

Offer to help your co-workers when you are caught up or have down-time. Everyone likes a person who wants to help them.

the break the ice, ask them questions about the rules of working there or about what the managers are like or something where they will seem like the expert. people are at east when asked to speak about things where they already know the answers.

then move on to spending time outside of work
