I have bought a laptop of HP just now........ I am not able to find that whether it is old or new one..... You know that in this world any one can cheat us.......... Though manufacturing date on the laptop box is written of jan 2007........ i wanna confirm it in any other way....... Is it possible for me to find that my laptop is new or old........ if yes how???? plzzz help....... thanks in advance.

Well, if the manufacturing date says that it's manufactured on Jan 2007, then, it's a new laptop.
If you are talking whether this computer was bought by someone else and returned and you being the second owner.. that, I'm afraid we can't find out.
Why don't you call HP to find out, what is the real date of manufacture and the shipment date to the reseller. I'm sure they can tell you all this info.
