My nice hibiscus plants that are growing next to my houswall are constantly getting black spots and are not growing right. It almost looks like burned spots or meldew. The plant does grow and the new leafs are nice and green. But after a while they turn light green and get all these dark spots and holes.

You need to add sulfur to the soil as this is an acid loving plant. Add about 1/4 cup to the soil and mix in with a hoe. That will invigorate the plant and control any ground mold or mildew.

Hi there sorry for your troubles. It sounds like a fungus. Any all purpose fungicide at your local nursery will work. Cut the affected leaves and discard. Apply a fertilizer for hibiscus which really makes a big difference. They use more potassium than a lot of other blooming plants. Things will get better.

they want a min temp of fifty 5 deg. illuminate to plausible yet coloration from warm solar. shop compost moist in any respect cases. loss of leaves as results of dry compost or loss of water or too lots water. If leaves curl air to dry. if buds drop dry soil or below watering. look out for aphid and crimson spider mites. they don't look to be a out door plant and the chilly temps are in all risk what harm in the main.

Try moving it to a sunny spot, they love light.
