For me when Hannibal Lector made Ray Liota eat his own brain in Hannibal. Gross!

it's gross, but waaaay cool: The opening scene of Ghost Ship, where the cable swings down and slices everyone on deck in half and there's blood everywhere.. people reaching out for their legs and stuff... you gotta see it!

Agree, I like that movie Hannibal, it's excellent...and what about the part when he's at the plane and the kid eats the brain of the guy?!?! Gross...
Also in Saw 3
There are too many to count gross scenes...yuck...

I would have to say in "Hostel" where the guy burns out the girl's eye with a blowtorch and the other guy has to cut it off... NASTY! Or anything from the Saw series *especially in Saw 3 when the guy has the chains hooked into his body* Now that was disgusting!

Watch Cannibal Holocaust. The cannibals shove a big piece of wood through a woman's a hole and it comes out her mouth, then they stand the stick up with the woman on it for all to see! Great Movie
