Absolutely not! But on the same token, someone takes up a path against this nation, they should suffer the FULL consequences of that action.
We are too soft on criminals these days.

There is a saying ... actually it was in the bible .. Let Yee Who is without sin cast the first Stone .
Bush is an elected official and thus his duty is to those who elected him .
Each person is entitled to his own opinion and there is the freedom of speech act ..
Its time more people saw through what is really going on and brought there sons husbands wives and daughters home instead of letting them be picked off one by one .
At first it was Because there were weapons of mass destruction but when none were found it became a war on terror , what will it be next . I am all for protecting US soil and it's citizens but whats rally going on .. well never know will we
I mean they still haven't admitted to having UFO 's somewhere in Ohio ..
MY answer is NO protesting something you believe in is not a crime and jails are for rehabilitating criminals or incarcerating them as punishment for a crime ..

What sympathizers? Sympathizers of whom ... Enron execs, PeTA, abortion abolitionists... who are you talking about???
Your answer really doesn't really matter however. Pres. Bush had no grounds to imprison any "sympathizers" till they have committed an illegal act.
You need to forfeit 10 pts to everyone that has wasted their time reading your soapbox statement.

No....he is already gutted the Constitution enough without that. He is already using Hitler as his role model. The founding fathers put in freedom of speech for that very reason. A person can speak their opinion and be heard and not have fear of reprisals. I don't have to agree with Bush to be a patriot and love my country. He is the worst thing that has ever happened to this United States.

The only problem with that is that the radical right views anyone who doesn't bow down and worship George Bush as a prophet of God as siding with the terrorists.
Of course, that is what you really want, isn't it. To imprison dissenters?

Didn't Hitler do this same thing with the Jews? I remember from History class that he was the cause of millions going to the gas chambers, it was called the Holocaust.

there was a time, not too long ago... where the crap you hear in the bias "Main Stream" media was considered treason. I am of the old school, and a true American who has not been brain washed by the nutty far-left liberal professors of today's university's. and many of you pinheads really believe the crap. amazing, truly amazing....Hay why don't you try a bit of honest research your selves if you really care about the truth.
