When everyday, upon waking up in the morning, he's the first thing in my mind.. When my mind and heart seem to be uncontrollable to think and feel for him.

Thinking & considering him already affect me as a being.. Will any expert on letting go give me a practical and effective advice?

Life is always changing. You are going to have to let go of everyone and everything you have eventually. Sometimes, we have to let go when we really don't want to. Other times, we would like to let go, but can't. Whenever I have to let go of something or someone, I just keep this in mind. I just think of it as another change, and change is good. Whenever a change occurs, new possibilities arise, even if we don't really want that change. But trust me, if you try to look at it in a positive light, by thinking of it as another change in life, something good will come of it.

I hope that helps

Well I'm not an expert but I know how you feel. It's never easy to let go, especially when you love and care about the person so deeply. You just have to gradually put your mind on other things and try to keep yourself occupied so you don't think about him as much. It won't be easy and it might even take a long time but in time things will get better for you. Good luck to you.

Think about how much better life is without him. If it was a break up it was for a reason. If he moved away or something then that's a bit harder. I'm sorta going through the moving problem...

When you find someone else (and you will), he will be a distant memory. Time does indeed heal all wounds - and wounds all heels!
