how can I open the university in US?

an idea come out of my mind that why can't I build an university for IT&business education in US? Please give me your advice.Thanks.

In somewhere like Michigan, it's much easier to open "universities".

But you have a lot of competition, over 1000 universities already offer those subjects, and hundreds do online.

It's expensive as well. Where are you going to get the staff? And who is going to mark the papers? and certification?

step 1 - become a billionaire
step 2 - hire a genius (perhaps a renegade from another University)
step 3 - make a plan with the genius.
step 4 - follow that plan
