I also wanted to wish her luck in her new job as a teacher. I've only been at this job for one month, but she's helped me get settled in. Any help will be appreciated.

That sounds very nice of you. I think that she would really appreciate it and it would make her smile and know she will be missed. I'd just write something brief thanking her for help in getting you settled in to your job. Then wish her good luck in her new job. If you don't know her email, ask her. You can always say that you want to send her something via email.

Send her an ecard, or even better just give her a real card ---they have a lot of great congratulations, we'll miss you, and just because cards.

I don't know how close you are, but maybe a teacher gift would be a nice touch. (Something to put on her desk as a new teacher).

I love to make cards on the computer for my friends and though they take a little bit of time you can say exactly what you want with a very personalized touch.

i'm assuming you'll probably be using the company's email system to send out the email. i recommend not to do that. companies right now have rules regarding use of email for personal "transactions". i'd rather that you give her a card and just tell her how you feel about her.
