I have an address that i can use already. The only problem is i dont have proof of address, you need stuff like utility bills (hydro, gas and phone) and i obviously cant do that.
& i cant get in by applying because i dont think i have the marks for it. I have a B+ average though?

Is there anything else?

The school requires a utility bill with your parents name on it so that you have actual proof that you live there. If you do not live in the district then you may not be able to get in. Check to see if they have open enrollment. If so then perhaps you can get in without living in the district.

You should contact the school district. (Actually it's better to let your parents do this.) Each district has different requirements. In my district, you have to show proof of residence from 3 different categories, utility bills (phone, cell phone, water, gas, or electric) being one of them. The other two are finances (bank statement at this address), and rental agreement or deed title to the house (proof can be property tax bill in your parents' name at that address). This district is very strict and you are required to show these 3 proofs every year.

I would imagine a drivers licence or passport would suffice.
