I looked at the Payless Shoe pictures and realized that you could add your own ribbon to just about any shoe. Just get some good 1" double-faced white satin Offray ribbon (double-faced is shiny on both sides & will be more comfortable), use a thin but strong glue to make a small loop that you can glue into the inside back of your shoe then string the 1" ribbon through and tie it up your leg. I would start with 2 yards of the 1" ribbon per shoe and then tie it up to see how much you will really need. You can always cut the extra off. The loop would probably work better if it were 5/8" wide, not 1".

Try a superglue gel for the loop. Regular craft glues may be too thick or may not hold well enough. I have used the superglue gel on many fabric project details and it's awesome!!!

If your shoe has stitching around the upper edges then you may want to stitch the loop on instead. Use a quilting thread and just stitch over the existing stitches for a clean look.
