i go to the bottom right bar, and then like change the time and then click OK. but when i turn my computer on again it changes back into what it was (before i changed the clock!)
wat the heck?

click on apply and try that. if that don't work then you are not alone causse mine does it always and says it is 7:42pm when it really is 8:42. Everytime I change it it does it again.

did this problem start with the time change back on the 11th of this month? If so, some computers weren't able to "deal" with the new daylight savings time. you may need to check if there is a "patch" (from the updates part of your computer) that will remedy the situation. One of our computers did this. And it was one of the older ones. Hubby got a patch for it and it works fine. Good luck!
