Yes it can be, but it can also be a sign associated with your period coming. About half way through a womans monthly cycle after she ovulates the hormone balance in your body alters. As you get nearer your period you have a rise of the amount of progesterone in your body which is responsible for the mood swings, tiredness etc.
The first main sign that you could be pregnant is obviously a missed period. Although fatigue is common in early pregnancy it tends to develop from about week 5-6 onwards.
If you are concerned, buy a first response or clear blue test - they can be used up to 4 days before your missed/expected period.
Try not to worry too much, stress can make you feel tired too, so if you are quite anxious that you may be pregnant it may just be the worry.

IT could be pregnancy , or you may just need to calm down and take it easy you also need to make sure you know your menstrual cycle and when you had sex also you would experience tender or swollen breasts, nausea, light cramping and a bloating feeling good luck and there is no need to be scared if you are scared you could be at high risk for a misscarraige and my best advice to you is relax take it easy and wait to see if you miss your period, take deep breaths and remember god does not give you any less than you can handle so you can handle this

That is the reason i took a pregnancy test to begin with! Sleepiness, dizzy spells, a little cramping...Not everyone feels the same in the beggining though. I would say take a pregnancy test to be sure, then go to the doc!

its a sign of stress not of pregnancy-
answer me this, did you have unprotected sex?

if you did then its worth forkling out for a tester kit to tell, otherwise your sitting on the edge of your seat for the next 9 months!

If you didnt have unprotected sex- eg you used a condom, took the pill or just didnt allow pant to come off, then theres no need to panic- better luck next time.

If you are atall unsure, I'd get a test done as its obviously going to drive you mad analysing each and every movement to decide if its one of a "normal" person or pregnant person. you'll do your own head in!!
