I think men are all more kinky than ladies.
Also, when you say school uniform in this context, I think instantly of St Trinians - short skirts, stockings & older girls flaunting what they have.
However most school uniforms are dull, boring and cover most parts!
So, yes if you are referring to the ordinary everyday boring school uniform they probably are into pre-pubescent girls and should definately be classed as paedo!
Should we worry about your question? Did you know that a paedo is a paedo at an early age such as 13!

no i dont think so. think how many girls go out on the town dressed as school girls! thats probably what the men mean when they say they like school uniforms, and thats not what your average school girl looks like in her baggy jumper and black trousers with her big bag slung over her shoulder...
