I'm going to a Indians spring training game, Is there batting practice open to public, and when will the gates open?

Yes they are. I am actually a huge Indians fan and went to a game in Winter Haven just a few weeks ago. I'm not entirely sure what time the gates open at, but im sure if you arrived 2 hours early they would be open and I am also sure you would not want to arrive before that. Pay attention to where your tickets are at. With tickets in the grass area you can get in anywhere in the park, but to get to where you have to sit in the stands, you have to go through the parking lot, not the main walkway. Pretty cool to watch from anywhere though. Sneak as close as you can get toward the end of the game; you can almost touch the players if you are right behind the backstop. have fun

I live in Mesa Az. and there is plenty of teams and spring training. Yes there is batting practice open to the public, About 2 hours prior to game!!!

i cant believe you would want to take batting practice at jacobs field anyway, the indians come on now, you must of been watching major league in the offseason
