Flora and fauna - plants and animals. Make a circle of artificial leaves and attach little fish. starfish, flowers, and a few flowers and critters - bears, cats, feathers. birds, stars, moons, shells. It'll be fun!

Use wire to poke thru silk flowers or leaves. Then form the crown with the wire. You could also do a tiara with small wood beads and then some berry looking beads. Something big and bold with sunflowers could also be interesting, like shooting out the top (also wire and fake flowers) Oh another idea would be to make flowers with seed beeds (the little glassy ones, not seeds to eat) and form into a tiara.

In Maui, we have a thing called a 'haku', It is kinda like a crown made out of flowers. They are usually used for weddings. I tried to search for "create your own haku", and "make your own haku", but it only came to "BUY your own haku". And those can get pretty exspensive. Perhaps the pictures above can help you be creative.

GOOD LUCK!

another idea: go to Ben Franklin's or some kind of floral shop, get a bunch of fake flowers and tie them with palm tree leaves or grass....or even green yarn!

I'm not sure if you can do that though, cause you said "with te materials." sooo...I hope I could help.

Try using flexible sticks--that are thin-long and not dry--braid these and twist in some leaves or other things you find outside...be creative.
