Like glitter to buy.. like for arts and crafts? Or in clothes..
For arts and crafts try Micheal's Craft Store.
If you really just want to look for stuff with glitter on clothes you should go to a department store. They'll have the biggest selection and are going to make it easier than going from store to store.

Try a craft store like Joanne Fabrics or Michael's Crafts.

You should be able to find different colors of glitter at Micheal's Crafts, that is if you are on the west coast.
