Anybody watches House? I sort of want to get into it and i'm hoping someone can tell me what its about and whats going on?

The episode tongiht was new. First House had a nightmare which had a marine in it and then the next day was addmited to the hospital (the marine not house) House couldn't pee for 3 days and inserted a cather (sp) into himself. It got fixed. Cameron and Chase were monitering the patients sleep and decided to do have sex.

I'll go fast so I don't miss nothing..house had a war dream and when he woke up his patient was one of the soldiers in it..he hasn't peed in 3 days and the young couple was carmen and chase were doing it in the hospital...
