When I experience burnout which happens every Christmas because I provide holiday decor to corporations and hospitals and malls. I try to get alot of sleep and I take walks about every day for about 45 min. You have to focus on yourself for awhile and spoil yourself. Do things that make you happy and feel good about yourself...dinner or lunch w/friends spending time with people you enjoy, reading a good book taking naps. Whatever it is always make time for yourself. Good luck you can get over this girl!

I can sympathize with that. I have been in school for 6 years now. I am anticipating receiving my Master's in Social Work in May. The best way that I have found to beat burnout is to find time to commune with nature. Therapy can be helpful as well. I am currently doing both. Stress is a *!+@#!!!
Good luck with your endeavors!

Personally, when I get burn out from work (which is actually teaching 1st - 3rd grade), I take a few days off and sleep. Or sometimes I go to a spa for a massage (don't know how old you are so you may not be old enough for that one). Sleeping usually does the trick though.

Removing yourself from the thing that caused the burnout will help that brain tissue begin regnerating right away.

Just limp by until summer. By the time summer's over you'll be bored enough to go back.
