He is referring to a chick who did the dirty on him. Basically he is saying that one day she will get hers. In the film clip, obviously she dies in a car accident.
And believe me, what goes around DOES come around.

I definitely believe in KARMA and from the first moment i heard it i knew it was about britney spears--if you listen to his album justified you can also tell that most of thoses songs are about her breaking his heart and not being honest and unfaithfullness----i really think that these words are meant for britney and i think she knows it too because i think that's what kinda pushed her over the edge so to speak---think about it around the time the video premeired is when she shaved off her head

I haven't the foggiest BUT it sure seemed pointed at Cameron to me, the whole video just screamed Cameron
in my opinion.
I don't just think it, I have seen it happen MANY times, so yes I truly believe what comes around goes around.

I guess he referes to Britney Spears...It's called Karma. If you do good things, good things in life will come to you [example: Donating a kidney , later winning the lottery] and if you do bad actions, bad things in life will happen [example=car crash]...I do believe that. What comes around goes around.
