i have a portfolio fill with many design. and i;m afraid that i wont get any chance

Just get out there!!! Start where ever it's going to take! Whether you apply at like Teen Vogue or somewhere just get your name out there!!!!
The more you get out there the better. Start somewhere within fashion that's smaller though. Then work your way up and be discovered!

Where did you graduate from? And did you major in fashion design?
If you have to, start out small. Start going online and looking at maybe Target or Limited (Victoria Secret, Express). See if there are any openings for anything that your degree might help you with.
Does the school that you graduated from help place you or give you any internships? You might have to move to a bigger city if you're not in one already. But, pursue your dream in fashion. You're already half-way there!

What you should do is go be an intern at some fashion companies and fashion mags. That way you can put your work out there and a job will open up for you there.
