Correction children.....rain dance IS AFTER the rain...TOO celebrate its coming and nuturring to the mother earth..and yes it would snow if it were in the winter time..lol..besides Im pretty sure a cherokee would go there to do this..but again-IF the money's right...but it wont snow..

I think that if people of that culture (any culture really) had total belief in this that it would definately snow. As the Cherokee does the rain dance, in Iceland it would automatically turn to snow because of the severe cold weather. Belief is the key in any type of culture....the more belief and faith one has in things ...the more chances of it becoming true.

It might if a bunch of them did a rain dance.
But I do not know this for sure since I am not Cherokee. And being Comanche I do not plan to go anywhere that cold!
