It's hard for me when I don't really feel I did anything wrong. But if it means so much to someone for me to say it, I usually will.

Having to admit that you are wrong
Questioning whether they will forgive you or not
Trying to figure out whether saying sorry, when they won't forgive you, is worth it.
Remembering what you did and how you hurt that person.

Knowing that your were wrong, or that maybe you hurt someone's feeling's that you really care about! It shouldn't have to be that hard, just suck it up and admit it, and everyone will feel better!
